Marriage Ministry at The River
The River’s marriage ministry offers couples the opportunity to grow, be renewed, and strengthen their marriage in every season. Through God’s Word, couples are equipped to apply biblical truth and build a Christ-centered marriage.
RE|ENGAGE
Whether your marriage needs renewed connection or a fresh start, re|engage offers a safe and supportive environment for you and your spouse to reconnect. re|engage is a 15-session, discipleship-based marriage enrichment experience designed for couples in every season of marriage. This course is offered twice a year.

PRE-MARITAL
“Healthy Marriages Start Long Before the Wedding”
We offer an 8-week MERGE class designed to invest in couples as they prepare for marriage. This is an intimate two-on-two experience where you will meet with a trained married couple whose heart is to help you build a biblically grounded, Christ-centered marriage.
What to Expect:
MERGE is designed for engaged couples and those seriously considering engagement. This 8-week premarital course is built around biblical principles and includes weekly reading and reflection questions completed by the couple prior to each session. Topics include communication, roles and responsibilities, intimacy, finances, and expectations, all with the goal of establishing a strong foundation centered on Jesus.
MARRIED COUPLES
In addition to our marriage enrichment opportunities, married couples can connect with other couples through our River Life Groups. These small groups span every season of marriage, from young married to empty nesters, and meet on various nights and times throughout the week.

MARRIAGE COUNSELING
Sometimes marriages need extra support. If you and your spouse feel stuck, discouraged, or at a breaking point, you do not have to walk through it alone. We partner with trusted local Christian marriage counselors and mentors who can help you navigate your current situation and move toward hope and healing.
