Joe Grande
First Impressions Coordinator
Joe grew up on the West Coast, where he was raised by loving parents who instilled in him the values of hard work, integrity, and faith. After finding early success in the semiconductor industry, he eventually followed the Lord's leading to pursue a different path, starting a cabinetry and millwork business in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. In 2001, Joe's life was transformed as he began following Christ, and in 2003 he married his best friend. Together they owned and operated Grande Wood Designs for more than 30 years while investing in their community and mentoring young adults through their local church.
Joe and his wife moved to Cookeville in 2023 and have loved calling Tennessee home. As The River's First Impressions Coordinator, Joe is passionate about helping every guest feel seen, welcomed, and valued from the moment they arrive. When he's not serving at church, you'll likely find him traveling or playing golf on a new course.
