HEART OF THE CUMBERLAND
Losing someone you love can overtake you and stop you in your tracks. The mission of Heart of the Cumberland is to bring hope and healing to grieving children, teens, and adults by providing peer support groups to those on a journey through grief. Our peer support groups are offered in our community as well as in Putnam County School BEST Groups. All services are provided free of charge.

Our mission is to promote the general welfare of victims of domestic and sexual violence by providing shelter, goods, and services while helping them find safety in their lives and the self-sufficiency and healing needed to become independent. To this end, it is also our mission to enlighten the community in the dynamics of domestic and sexual abuse and its prevention by providing comprehensive educational programs.

Freedom Prayer is a personal prayer ministry where individuals can schedule a focused prayer time with members of The River Community Church's Freedom Prayer team. The main goal of this prayer ministry is to allow the Holy Spirit to identify and to address things hindering a deeper personal relationship with God.
