2011 has been amazing already as we've seen so many people going all over the world from Cookeville, Tennessee to Impact Eternity. Here are some Great Things God did!
Haiti
We sent a team of ten to Haiti to share the gospel and love on the wonderful Haitian people and children in the orphanage. More than two dozen gave their lives to Christ while we were there, Praise God! We also earlier in the year where able to help begin digging a water well and begin laying the foundation to rebuilding a house damaged by the earthquake of 2010. We look forward to returning in August!
Nicaragua
We sent seven amazing college students whom served away their spring break near the dump in Managua Nicaragua, serving at a girls home. They helped paint, love on the locals, and share the gospel with many. One young woman was so moved she returned to serve for 6 weeks in May/June.
South Asia
We sent four people to share the gospel with unreached people, whom many had never heard the story of Jesus or creation, nor had they ever seen or read the word of God. We were apart of a larger team spread out through South Asia and where apart of seeing several hundred decide to follow Christ as their Lord and Savior. We where also able to give out hundreds of Bibles, love on so many people, and encourage or person on the field in this region. Praise God!
Central Asia
Our team was able to encourage local believers, pray for many, and prayer walk a handful of cities being a light in a dark land.
Kenya
We were able to be the hands and feet to those in need, serving alongside local churches, passing out medicine, sharing the gospel in prisons, and letting God increase the fruits of His Kingdom.
Montana
We were able to help do light construction, serve in the community of Bozeman, engage children in VBS, and help a local church get ready for their launch.
Alaska
Our team was able to come alongside a local church planter who has a heart for his city and state. We were able to work in one of the most impoverished neighborhoods in Anchorage helping lay the foundations for future churches. The team was able to be apart of children giving their lives to follow Jesus.
